Some backers have let us know that they cannot log in with the BackerKit link. We spoke directly to BackerKit and they are updating and making some adjustments this week for those who can't log in. As soon as it's fixed, we'll send out an update to let you know.

We are back to bring the latest news to you all! Thank you for your continued patience - it's all coming together!
Here are the updates!
Mass Production
These are the final updates about the recent design changes we've made and a few pictures.
One of the recent 30-day testing periods of the drop test of CleanseBot has resulted in a sensor adjusting its angle during the drop. So, we are required to add a protective cover for the sensor to increase the lifetime of the robot.
Here is the newest adjustment we did. We are working with the modeling adjustment and will have an update before the end of the month. Unfortunately, this will increase the production delay by 6 weeks.
Why are we doing this test and adjusting it now??
Here is the reason: We are a small startup company and we are not able to have that large equipment for testing in our own lab, so we must outsource this to other labs and factories who can do the testing, which takes time. We take product safety and testing incredibly seriously and will increase the overall lifetime of the CleanseBot for you. So, we had the tests done and had to accept the results and make changes.
Here are some pictures of the factory we are working with. They are an all-in-one facility for assembling, modeling, production, and PCBA STM. And we will be bringing the newest PCB to their lab to double confirm the final production and assembling process.
We are VERY sorry for another delay but we trust and believe that each of these steps (even with delays) will make the CleanseBot more reliable and a more sustainable product.
It would have been easy to choose the cheapest place and manufacture it right away, but we chose quality to create a real, useful product and not just something that will break in 2 weeks.
For the newest version, we will have the first trial production of 2000 units on Oct 20-25, 2019 and then on November 10th, we will have all the rest finished and on way to you via shipping.

We have collected about 96% of all responses to the survey, but there are still 800 backers who have not sent us their shipping address.

Thank you for all of your patience and support!
We are coming here to give you the good news!!
Mass Production
We know you guys are anxious about the delivery time and we are so sorry for the delays we have experienced in production and redesign. It is very important to us that the CleanseBot you receive is even better than what we originally promised.
The timetable is confirmed!
At the end of July, the final molding will start. In August, we will start the trial production, where 50 pieces will be ready for our team to do final testing. In early September, we will start the actual mass production and they only need 15 days for the production and packaging.
According to our shipping carrier, the U.S. and South America orders will collect for shipping by the 25-30th of September. The EU area will be 30th September, Asia order will be shipped directly from HongKong on 25th September.
All packages for the 17000+ backers will be sent out before the end of September.
We truly appreciate your understanding. This has been a huge learning experience for us with our first product and it being what we promised and more is very important to us, as is your satisfaction with the final product.
