As we confirmed with the shipping company, all of the orders for the backers in Japan were shipped out last week and now you can find your tracking number on Backerkit. We apologize for the late shipping but your Cleansebot will meet you soon! For the backers in Japan, another thing we want to mention is that you will have to contact the courier if your package fails to be delivered because the deliveryman finds your address unclear or doesn’t find you at the location. In this case, you will need to call 072-455-4867 to check the delivery.
For the Christmas giveaway, we still have several units left and if you want to add more to the order, simply purchase it on the website. The order will be shipped out in a week or so after the payment is confirmed. Hurry now!
