We have another update for shipments status update.
Hongkong Shipping Status Update
We have been working on shipments sent to HongKong backers, due to disagreement with local courier, we have no choice but to use another courier for shipments in HongKong. Last week we sent Kickstarter messages to backers from HongKong, over 200 backers have replied to us with their addresses in Chinese, which the new local courier required for shipment but Kickstarter collected only addresses in English. Backers who have replied to us will expect to receive their shipment this week, or will be early next week.
For the backers who have not replied to us with their addresses, please reply us at: [email protected], so we can quickly arrange shipment.
Scam/Fraud
We have taken down over 100 scams and copies over the time, and we will continue to take down the scammers. But we cannot do this along, we need your help. If you see an advertisement or website that looks like Cleansebot, please send us the link or the source to: [email protected], much appreciated.

Dear Backers,
For the backers who have not received the product and the backers who received the product but there are some common problems during the use process, we have sorted out this, and hope to help you :)
Shipping
As our last update mentioned, all shipments have been sent out. And we were told shipping was significantly delayed due to COV-19. COV-19 may seem like a great one for all excuses for everything, but the reality is, we have no tracking information yet.
We did not provide the backer with a tracking number, this is because our shipping carrier has not provided us tracking number as well.
Our latest update from the shipping carrier is: Shipments sent to US, Europe, Canada, Australia, Japan and Hongkong will arrive by this month. The rest of the international shipments might take a little longer, please wait patiently.

Lately we received a lot of emails and messages asking how to use the Cleansebot.
We noticed a lot of backers are having issues understanding how to use The Cleansebot.
So our team has made a short instruction video, showing how to use our product.
Please note that this video is a demonstration type of video, not a full version of how Cleansebot would have worked in real life, things might be different to every backer.

Dear Cleansebot Backers,
Thank you for all of your support.
We have another update for how the test shipment is going.
Shipping
Previously, we mentioned that we shipped out the last batch for most of the international backers. We have found there are still some of you who have not received their Cleansebot.
Here is what our shipping carrier has told us: COVID19 is affecting the entire world and their service, as well as most shipping services, have had significant delays, and many delivery centers and warehouses have had to shut down or provide limited services.
So, the shipping is very slow at the moment. But luckily, we have tracked data from our side. So, we are keeping track of each of the posts. If you still have not received tracking information, it is because some packages are still in the transfer warehouse. Once the local warehouse sends out the packages, the tracking will automatically be uploaded and sent to you and you will receive a tracking number.
We HAVE finally sent out ALL Cleansebot orders. So, despite shipping delays, your package IS on its way. Please continue being patient and it should be there soon. As far as we can tell, you should receive your Cleansebot no later than mid-September according to our shipping carrier.
Please keep in mind that if you have any problem with Cleansebot, do not hesitate to contact us through email at [email protected]. Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Survey
We still have 200 backers who did not complete the survey. Please fill it out as soon as possible, If you have not filled out the survey, we cannot ship you your product.
