Good news! We have just sent out the last batch order for the rest of the backers! This batch includes international orders.
The whole shipment will be out before the end of July! Most of you will receive your packages in July, though some may be in early August.
We have recently had a new customer service member join our team, so please let us know anything you need through this email: [email protected]. Since we now have a dedicated customer service team member only for Cleansebot, we will better able to fix any issues or problems as soon as possible.
WE ARE SO GRATEFUL FOR ALL OF YOU!
It has been a long journey and months of waiting, and we are sorry for any lack of communication and the delays. But we now have the outcome we wanted; we were worried about the product quality and the safety issues we found in testing for the product, and we really didn’t want to send out a poor quality product. We only have one shot to make a first impression, so we took the time to make it as great as possible and update and adjust the Cleansebot as needed until we got it right.
And we have learned so much on this journey! For any future products, we will finish the production and molding BEFORE we launch. We really learned a lot in this process of launching our first tech product with you. Thank you to Kickstarter and our backers: We are very grateful you went on this journey with is, and we will continue to grow and learn more.
We know there are many copycats trying to copy us and our product. There is a company called Magiclily using our Cleansebot name as their product brand name. Magiclily is a shadow company and does NOT meet any safety standards, and they do NOT have the sensors we have to control the UVC light to turn on and off. This means once you start to use it, it will turn on the UVC light even if you are too close and can potentially cause harm to you. We have unfortunately found that some companies simply do not care about human safety and are just planning to get your money and run away. Just be sure that you are not using these fake copycat products as they are very dangerous. If you have found these fake websites and products, please report them and send us a link and we will issue a takedown notice.
We still have 1000 backers who did not complete the survey. Please fill it out as soon as possible because we will start the last batch of production and shipping very soon. If you have not filled out the survey, we cannot ship you your product.

Dear CleanseBot Backers,
Good news! We have just started the shipments to the U.S., EU, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, and ASIA(HK JP TW KR SG MY TH)! these are the pictures of the shipping from the warehouse, where the extra battery is getting ready. This batch shipping now will come with an extra battery and in the black color.
The whole shipment will be finished before the end of July! That said, most of you will receive your packages in June or July.

Thank you for your support, we have some good news for you all!
As the previous update stated, the UVC lamp problem slowed down the production of the units.
But we have just sent out the first 2000 units from our EU warehouse for those who ordered the white-colored Cleansebot!
We will have another 3 batches in the coming week! These are for CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, and ASIA(HK JP TW KR SG MY TH), and then the rest of the orders will be shipping out next month!

Hello, Cleansebot Backers,
Thank you for your patience. We have news for you all!
After we produced the previous units, we have been facing a higher order rate from the factory of UVC-related products. They have orders of 10M units from other companies. Since these days the coronavirus is still spreading, the UVC lamp is in VERY high demand for it’s sanitizing properties. So our order was delayed. But we have a confirmed time for the rest of the Cleansebots. We will have it before May 15th. And it will come to us every week. So, that means from May 6th, each week we will receive stock and then hopefully by the 15th they will finish the rest. We will start shipping orders as we receive the products instead of waiting. Each week, we predict we will send out 6-8k orders. We should be able to send out all units before May 20th.
The EU shipping has just arrived in the EU warehouse. It should start shipping out to EU customers in the coming week. We will send you all the tracking number once we have it.
Please also fill in your survey as soon as possible. We still have 1000 people who have not finished the survey, which means those people cannot receive their orders.
